Lucio Brain System ("the Product") is a digital file system designed to work with Claude Code. It is sold as a one-time purchase and delivered as a downloadable zip file.

The Product is delivered digitally via Gumroad immediately after purchase. You are responsible for downloading and storing your copy.
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Product, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, compatibility with future versions of Claude Code, or uninterrupted functionality. The Product is a template and framework -- results depend on how you configure and use it.
In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
Your purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase. Future updates or new versions may be offered separately. We are not obligated to provide free updates.
The Product is designed to work with Claude Code (by Anthropic). We are not affiliated with Anthropic and are not responsible for changes to Claude Code that may affect the Product's functionality.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
